Abstract
Macrophages as the effector cells play a key role in initiating the inflammatory process and they predetermine the manifestation of the post infarction cardiosclerosis. The population of these cells is heterogeneous and it is mainly represented by M1 and M2 phenotypes. Alloplant Biomaterial (ABM) is reabsorbed by the macrophages, which became the regulators of the cellular interaction in tissues.

Abstract
Fulminant myocarditis is superacute myocarditis, rapidly lethal or curable. The authors
report the first case of FM with concomitant Chlamydophila pneumoniae and Parvovirus
B19 superinfection, proved by positive serology tests. The patient was rapidly
asymptomatic.
